APPARTEMENT / HOTEL

The Owl's Head Apartment/Hotel provides guests with accommodations consisting of hotel rooms as well as 1, 2 and 3-bedroom condo units. Each condo unit comes with a fully-equipped kitchen and a living/dining room area with fireplace. Located just above the shores of Lake Memphremagog, the apartments are ideal for our golf guests who are looking to relax in a quiet mountain setting. Our guests that stay with us at our Apartment/Hotel have access to the Owl’s Head Marina, Beach and the use of the tennis courts.

Lodging Policies

• Check-in is at 4:00 PM on the arrival date and check-out is before noon on the departure date.
• Animals are not permitted in any of the lodgings.
• A deposit of 25% of the package price is required to guarantee all reservations.
• This deposit may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or a check. All reservations are confirmed only after receipts of this deposit.
• In the event of a cancellation of the reservation 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, a refund of the deposit, less an administration fee equal to $10.00 per person, shall be made. In the event of a cancellation of the reservation 29 days or less prior to the arrival date, 100% of the deposit shall be withheld.
• Gratuities are not included in prices quoted for accommodation and meals, and these are left to the discretion of our guests.
