Group Leader Important Notes

Here is a list of important notes to remember to obtain best results when planning your ski trip at Owl's Head:

1) A minimum of 15 Owls during the week, 20 Owls on the weekends and holidays must be present in order to have access to the group discounted rates
2) We can help to market your group event. Let's discuss your needs...
3) A complimentary lift ticket will be issued for every 20 lift tickets purchased
4) Lift tickets, number of lessons, and equipment rental be confirmed 24 hours in advance with the Owl's Head Group Sales Coordinator.
5) Need bus transportation? We can include bus transportation of all sizes via our trusted transportation partners. Please tell us where we can pick you up.
6) Need lodging? We have everything onsite, ski-in, ski-out and offsite partners that can accomodate your needs.
7) One payment on one invoice is issued and paid upon arrival at the mountain before the day begins (Invoice can be paid by Cash, Visa or MC)
8) Out of country Owls should inquire about Canadian Customs protocols and regulations

**Did you find a better or comparable quote for Skiing & Lodging on mountain at an Eastern Canadian / USA mountain resort with as much skiing vertical or more than us? We will match or beat that quote. You must be able to provide the resort name and contact for verification purpose.**
